Did you know that Denmark has been at the top of the happiness ranking for years? The secret? Danish Wheelness, Wellness on two wheels.
Denmark proudly introduces ‘Danish Wheelness’, a concept that combines cycling with the Danish concept of ‘hygge’ for a healthy and happy life. Cycling is not just a means of transportation, but a lifestyle that contributes to the well-being of the Danes.
🔹 Cycling reduces the risk of premature death by 28%.
🔹 Every day, Danes make about 2.2 million bike trips.
🔹 Just 6 kilometers of cycling per day is enough to meet the national recommendations for physical activity.
Denmark offers some of the most diverse and accessible cycling experiences in Europe. From coastal routes to gastronomic tours, each route showcases a different side of Danish life.
